Billing questions
What counts as a video?+
One credit is one finished video up to 60 seconds. Countdown videos use 1.5 credits, re-rendering after edits 0.5, and each clip cut from a long video 0.5.
Why does the AI presenter cost extra credits?+
A lip-synced presenter for the hook and call to action is generated per video by a specialist AI model, which costs far more than a voiceover and stock footage. It adds 4 credits to a video and is available on Pro and Business.
Are previews free?+
Yes. Low-resolution previews never use credits: 3 an hour on Free and 10 an hour on paid plans. You only spend credits on the final render.
What happens if a render fails?+
The credit goes straight back to your balance. You only pay for videos that finish.
Do unused credits roll over?+
Plan credits reset at the start of each billing period, so pick the plan that matches how often you post. Top-up credits you buy never expire.
Can I buy extra credits without upgrading?+
Yes. Buy a one-time top-up of 25 credits for $9 or 100 credits for $29 from Billing, on any plan. Top-up credits never expire, carry over every renewal, and are only used once your monthly plan credits run out.
Can I change or cancel my plan?+
Yes, anytime from Billing. If you cancel, your plan keeps running until the end of the current billing period.
Is the free plan really free?+
Yes. Three videos a month with a small watermark, no card required. Download the MP4s and post them anywhere.
