By using RealReels you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an agency or client, you confirm you are authorised to bind them.
The service
RealReels helps you research topics, generate scripts, voiceovers and short videos, and publish them to social platforms you connect. Features may change as we improve the product.
Your account and content
- You are responsible for activity in your account and for keeping access secure.
- You keep ownership of the content you provide and the videos generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and publish that content solely to operate the service.
- You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing and for having the rights to any logos, brand assets and uploads you provide.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, hateful or infringing content.
- No spam, fake engagement or attempts to manipulate platform rankings in violation of their policies.
- No attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.
- You must follow the terms of each platform you publish to (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).
AI-generated content
Scripts, metadata, voices and images may be produced by AI models and can contain mistakes. Check facts, claims and disclosures before publishing, especially for regulated industries such as health, finance and law.
Plans, credits and billing
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. Credits reserved for a render that fails are returned automatically. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Third-party services
Stock footage, music, AI models and social platforms are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or changes to their policies.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
