This policy explains what RealReels ("we") collects when you use our service to create and publish short-form videos, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details: your email address, name and the organisation and brand workspaces you create.
- Content you provide: topics, keywords, scripts, brand assets (such as logos) and uploaded videos.
- Generated content: scripts, voiceovers, rendered videos and metadata created for you.
- Connected social accounts: when you connect YouTube, TikTok or Instagram we store the access tokens those platforms issue (encrypted at rest), your channel or account identifier and display name.
- Billing: subscription status from our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Usage and diagnostics: product analytics events and error reports used to improve reliability.
How we use information
- To generate, render, store and deliver your videos.
- To publish or schedule videos to the social accounts you connect, only when you or your team request it.
- To read basic performance statistics (views, likes, comments) for videos we published for you.
- To bill you, provide support, secure the service and comply with law.
Use of Google, TikTok and Meta data
Data received from YouTube API Services, TikTok and Instagram APIs is used only to provide the publishing and analytics features you request. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or transfer it to others except as needed to provide the service. Our use of YouTube data complies with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). You can revoke access at any time from your account settings or from each platform's security settings.
Service providers
We use trusted processors to run the service, including cloud hosting and storage, a database provider, an AI model gateway, a payment processor, email delivery, analytics and error monitoring. They process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
Retention and deletion
We keep your content while your account is active. Videos on the free plan may be deleted after 30 days. You can delete videos and disconnect social accounts at any time; deleting your account removes your content within 30 days, except where we must retain records by law.

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact us at and we will respond within 30 days.
