Meta Ad Library
The Meta Ad Library is Meta's public, searchable record of ads running across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and Audience Network.
What can you learn from it?
Any page's active ads, when each started and which platforms it runs on. Ads that have run for a long time are often the ones making money, which makes them the most useful to study: their hook, offer and format.
Ads about social issues, elections or politics stay in the library with spend ranges for seven years. In the EU, Meta also shows more detail about other ads, including reach.
How do you use it without copying?
Treat a competitor's ad as research, not a template. Take the angle (the problem it names, the promise it makes) and say it in your own words, with your own proof.
Put it to work
Paste your website. The crew writes the hooks, plans the calendar and makes the videos, and you approve what posts.
