Content calendar

A content calendar is a dated plan of what you will post, where and when, usually a month at a time.

What goes in one?

Each entry needs enough to make the post without another meeting:

  • The date and platform.
  • The pillar and the angle (the one idea of the post).
  • The hook and the call to action.
  • Any offer, product or photo it needs.

How far ahead should you plan?

A month is a good default: far enough to line up with offers and events, close enough to react to what is working. Leave one slot a week open for something timely.

Put it to work

Paste your website. The crew writes the hooks, plans the calendar and makes the videos, and you approve what posts.
