Faceless video

A faceless video tells its story with voiceover, footage, photos and captions, without anyone appearing on camera.

Why do brands use faceless video?

It removes the hardest part of making video: someone willing and available to film. It is also easy to keep consistent, update and make in volume, which suits a regular posting rhythm.

What makes one work?

The same things that make any short video work, done with more care:

  • A strong first line, because there's no face to stop the scroll.
  • Real photos of your product or place wherever you have them.
  • Large, readable captions inside the safe zone.
  • A voice that sounds like your brand, not a generic narrator.
